Your name, email, delivery address, order history — and the photos you upload to create your art.

Photos are used solely to generate and print your portraits. They are stored encrypted, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never used to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Uploaded photos and generations are kept in your archive so you can re-order. You can delete them permanently at any time from Settings — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

You can export or erase all your data from Settings, or by writing to privacy@loveframe.art. We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
