You review and approve every portrait before it's printed, so you're happy before anything is made. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right.

If your piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we ship a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged one.

If a re-do doesn't win you over, we refund printed orders in full within 30 days of delivery. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Digital files can be refunded within 14 days, provided the file hasn't been downloaded more than twice.
